- Becoming an Intrapreneur: Explores essential intrapreneurial skills and behaviours, including decision-making autonomy, creativity, and openness to change.
- Creating and Selling Your Ideas: Introduces the intrapreneurial process, including the five stages of Design Thinking (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test).
- Workplace Project: Participants develop and present their own project ideas in a mock innovation fair, applying learned intrapreneurial principles.
